Synchronized lifts of structures are one of the main activities of the company and concern both existing works and new construction works that envisage lifting as a construction method.
All types of lifting are designed and carried out:
• lifting from the bottom of bridge decks and viaducts;
• lifting from the top of bridge decks and viaducts with the aid of metal structures;
• lifting bars or strands on large heights of covers or tanks;
• stage lifting with temporary structures.
In all cases, the lifts are designed with careful analysis and tailored sizing of the equipment to be used in order not to damage the structures in the provisional phases until its final positioning.
For this purpose, Sistral has several series of hydraulic jacks and hydraulic power packs, all operated by a control PC, to reliably and safely control the loads and displacements of the raised structures.
