Sistral has the experience for the execution and management of interventions using flat jack technology. This technology is particularly suitable for different types of intervention, such as:
Lifting operations that have a very small space for traditional jacks insertion
Temporary load transfers
Prestressing interventions on structures
The flat jacks are made with a steel sheet of varying thickness, depending on the use, and can be sized and manufactured to specific customer needs.
Usually the hydraulic jacks are installed in series connected by a copper tube from which the “fluid” is injected for their activation. The fluid can be cement grout, for disposable jacks, or hydraulic oil for jacks used for single operations.
